We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale capital construction projects for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex, high-value projects exceeding $200M while working closely with construction and project controls teams in a fast-paced field environment.
:
• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Measurer
• Strong expertise in field-based measurement of installed construction work
• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects ($200M+)
• Ability to quantify multiple trades including mechanical, electrical & architectural
• Strong documentation, reporting & progress tracking skills
• Experience with real-time quantity take-offs and installed work validation
• Background in pharma, oil & gas, or industrial construction preferred
• Hands-on field experience may be considered instead of a formal degree

• Measure and track installed quantities across project scopes
• Perform quantity take-offs based on field progress
• Track drywall, piping, cable, electrical & infrastructure installations
• Monitor and report project progress against construction plans
• Collaborate with construction and project controls teams
• Validate installed work and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure alignment between field measurements and reporting requirements
