• Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join a thriving, integrated healthcare system.

• Enjoy an outpatient-focused practice with hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday , offering an excellent work-life balance.

• Comprehensive cancer services with Radiation Oncology and an outpatient infusion center located in the same building .
\n
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team includes nurse navigation, social services, financial counseling, and advanced practice provider support .
\n
• Manage a balanced case mix of approximately 50% hematology and 50% oncology .
\n
• Average 15–18 patients per day with supervision of one Advanced Practice Provider.
\n
• Strong research infrastructure supporting participation in both commercial and academic clinical trials .
\n
• Opportunity to participate in outreach clinics serving underserved communities , if desired.
\n
• Provide oncology consultation for hospitalized patients admitted to the Hospitalist service; no responsibility for supervising inpatient chemotherapy .

• EPIC EMR with integrated NCCN chemotherapy regimen templates .
\n
• 1:5 call rotation .

• Practice structure and schedule designed to provide a strong work-life balance while maintaining access to comprehensive oncology resources and support.
