Cardiovascular Disease Specialist - Southern California District

Overview Field‑based sales role covering the Southern California District (Los Angeles, Riverside, Burbank, Anaheim, Ventura, and Pasadena). Develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of health care customers, including cardiologists, primary care providers, and other health professionals. Engage regularly with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics to execute responsibilities. Territory & Travel 25% travel; overnight travel may be required. Candidate should reside within the territory or within 75 miles of the workload center (or be willing to relocate). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory‑level business plan aligned with company policies and ethics. Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio. Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with health care providers, aligning customer needs with company products per labeling. Provide management with regular updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals. Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact. Qualifications Minimum requirements vary by band level: S1 Level: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 0‑3 years relevant experience (sales, marketing, military service, or healthcare/scientific fields). S2 Level: Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 3+ years sales experience or at least 6 years relevant experience. All candidates should be able to analyze complex data, use digital tools, adapt to changing markets, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Must hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred Experience and Skills Background in sales, account management, consultative or customer service roles. Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets. Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists. Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly. Proficiency in advanced analytics and multi‑channel tools to expand sales reach. Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $79,200.00 – $124,700.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive if applicable.
