Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state of Ohio; ability to complete all continuing education requirements; adherence to state practice acts and professional standards. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with outpatient therapy; successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization preferred. Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. Completes accurate and timely documentation, participates in student supervision, and pursues ongoing professional development.
