Role The Benefits Account Manager supports the sale of and provides service for customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services related to employee benefits. It is not involved in the administration of employee benefits as typically handled by a Human Resources department. This is a full‑time, onsite role. The office location can be found on the company website. Responsibilities Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with professionalism and timeliness. Answer client questions regarding payments and notices. Process endorsements for clients. Manage a diverse book of house accounts. Cross‑sell additional lines of business to existing customers. Support designated staff. Review and respond to renewal activities. Follow up and see tasks through to completion. Always protect the best interest of both the company and the customer. Qualifications Experienced in supporting the sale of employee benefits. Strong multi‑tasking ability; can manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Cross‑training opportunities available for life insurance, annuities, and long‑term care. Licensed: current license required. Quick learner; can pick up new things rapidly. Computer literate; ready to use and learn technology across various portals and software programs. Excellent communication skills, able to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. Organization: ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner. Team oriented: ability to incorporate well with the existing team, maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. Education and Certification Active license appropriate to the line of business is required.
