Acquisitions Manager – This Is For Closers

Most sales jobs are built for order takers.

This isn’t one of them.

We are hiring for several high-performance real estate investment operations looking for serious Acquisitions Sales Reps — people who know how to control conversations, build trust fast, handle objections, and get deals signed.

This is a fast paced, high-reward environment.

If you need constant hand-holding, this won’t be a fit.

We work nationwide helping homeowners sell properties through multiple solutions including direct cash offers, assignments, novations, subject-to, seller finance, and other creative acquisition strategies depending on the seller’s situation.

This is not a “customer service” role.

This is a closer role.

What Winning Looks Like

- Consistently locking up 3-5+ contracts per week

- Taking inbound opportunities and turning conversations into signed agreements

- Building trust quickly with sellers and controlling the sales process from start to finish

- Negotiating strong offers while maintaining sizable assignment fees and creating win-win outcomes

- Managing your CRM, follow-up, and pipeline like a professional—not like a hobby

- Showing up coachable, competitive, and obsessed with improvement

Who This Is For

You should apply if:

- You have real estate acquisitions experience and know how to close

- You are strong on the phone and can create certainty in conversations

- You understand urgency, emotional decision-making, and how to move people toward action

- You do not fold under objections

- You can work independently without needing to be babysat

Compensation

Strong performers should expect six-figure income potential.

$100,000 – $250,000+ annually

Aggressive commission structure
