We are a high-volume, award-winning bar and known for our energy, culture, hospitality, and the most talked about burgers in Utah.We are specifically looking for individuals with full-time open availability who are self-motivated, sharp, dependable, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people. Experience is great, but attitude, work ethic, intelligence, and reliability matter even more. We are willing to train the right person. RESPONSIBILITIESGreet every guest warmly and professionallyManage wait lists and reservations with urgency and accuracyCommunicate clearly and confidently with guests and staffMaintain calm composure during busy, high-pressure shiftsHelp control the pace and flow of the restaurantAnswer guest questions and accommodate special requests when possibleWork closely with servers, bartenders, managers, and kitchen staffMaintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry areaHelp create a positive and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for people who are:Dependable and punctualSelf-motivated and proactiveIntelligent and quick-thinkingKind, respectful, and hospitality-drivenProfessional under pressureStrong communicatorsOrganized and detail-orientedTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeComfortable in a very fast-paced environmentOpen availability, especially nights, weekends, and holidays, is highly valued.
