Senior Producer - Experiential Fashion, Luxury & Lifestyle - LA

Job Type: Full-time; Salary Type: Annual; Salary: $130,000-$160,000/year (+ 10% discretionary bonus); Location: Los Angeles, CA; Work Location: Hybrid Overview We''re partnering with a design-led experiential studio delivering immersive brand experiences across fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. They''re now looking for a Senior Producer to join their Los Angeles team, playing a key role in leading and delivering projects across the West Coast and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys owning projects from concept through to execution. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end production across experiential and brand-led projects Manage project budgets (typically $500K-$2M ), ensuring commercial and delivery targets are met Source, brief, and manage vendors across production, fabrication, and logistics Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and clear communication Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate ideas into physical experiences Build and manage timelines, production documents, and project workflows Oversee on-site delivery including installation, live events, and strike Support junior producers and coordinators across project delivery What You'll Bring 5+ years'' experience in experiential, event, or integrated production Experience delivering high-quality brand experiences, activations, or events Strong understanding of production processes, budgeting, and vendor management Confidence working in client-facing environments Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented Interest in culturally relevant, design-led work Bonus Experience Experience within fashion, entertainment, or luxury sectors Experience working on talent-led or entertainment-driven activations Additional Info Exposure to high-profile projects across entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle Opportunity to work within a collaborative, creative-led team We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook.
