Speech Language Pathologist

Make a real impact in students lives by providing direct support as a part-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. In this role, youll join a supportive educational environment, working onsite with a manageable caseload of approximately 20 middle school students. This contract position starts August 26, 2026, and continues through June 11, 2027, with a consistent schedule of two in-person days per week (8:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.). Qualifications & Preferred Experience: Active Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathologist license Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) certification School-based experience is a plus Please note: SLPAs are not eligible for this position Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in-person to middle school students Assess students communication needs and develop individualized intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting Maintain accurate therapy records and compliance with district and state regulations Enjoy a range of benefits, including: Highly competitive compensation, paid weekly Comprehensive insurance benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life Matching 401(k) plan for your future Flexible spending account options Compensation for this position ranges from $35.38 to $65.38.
