What We Are Looking For We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Self Storage Leasing Agent who enjoys helping customers while supporting daily facility operations. The ideal candidate is organized, sales-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences. Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and email. Maintain cleanliness and tour path Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which unit can be toured. Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files Qualifications High School education or equivalent Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property We’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
