Facility Technician

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an onsite Facility Technician for our Lowell Facility team. This hardworking facility worker and safety oriented individual will be responsible for safe loading and unloading of waste including hazardous waste from trucks during different hours of the day. This position reports to Facility Manager. Responsibilities Load & unload incoming & outgoing trucks Waste inventory management using Triumvirate designed software and computerized waste tracking system Learn and retain a basic knowledge of daily work practices Become familiar with packaging guidelines and disposal facility selection Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, Triumvirate’s Part B permit, and EPA regulations Communicate effectively with end facilities as well as fellow employees to solve complex issues WOW! internal and external customers! Become forklift trained and be able to safely operate machinery The Facility technician frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety sensitive.
