PMR Medical Director

U.S. Physiatry is seeking a Medical Director for a full-time, inpatient rehabilitation role at Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Temple, Texas. This position offers an uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to lead in a stable practice environment. The role is ideal for a physiatrist committed to excellence in rehabilitation, with options for both independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay models.

Compensation
- $320k+Uncapped Earning Potential+Sign On/Relocation
- Salary range $300,000–$375,000 yearly
- Base salary
- Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap)
