About the Role

The Company is seeking a President of Operations to lead the strategic and operational growth of its self-storage platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the platform to achieve top-decile performance in occupancy, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires a leader with a strong background in self-storage operations, capable of designing and implementing the necessary infrastructure to support the company's growth and integration of acquisitions. The President of Operations will also be tasked with driving financial performance, leading monthly financial reviews, and ensuring that the company's operational and margin improvement strategies align with budgeted objectives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in self-storage, with a proven track record of overseeing a significant number of facilities. The role demands a collaborative, data-driven, and problem-solving individual with a strategic vision and a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner with marketing, acquisitions, and finance teams to execute the company's mission and will be expected to travel extensively. Key competencies include leadership, business acumen, and a strong understanding of the industry to drive the company's goals and objectives.
