Continuing Education: Hygienists who have completed one year of service may receive reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 annually. Company-sponsored certification training, including CPR, Radiology, and Nitrous Oxide certifications. Selected employees may be reimbursed for eligible training/testing expenses required for certification renewal. Key Responsibilities Provide direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Deliver compassionate and quality care to every patient. Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures. Offer excellent customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care. Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices. Assess patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational standards. Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed. Take x-rays and ensure they are saved in patient records when necessary. Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion and understanding. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (required upon hire). We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
