Project Construction Engineer
Insight Global client is seeking a skilled and field-driven Project Construction Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale water treatment and disposal facility. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field-based deliverables, ensuring construction activities are executed in alignment with design intent, project schedule, and quality standards. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, the Project Construction Engineer serves as the primary on-the-ground technical resource, coordinating directly with contractors, subcontractors, and engineering firms to resolve field issues and drive construction progress.
• Strong field presence and ability to build productive working relationships with contractors and tradespeople • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for quality and schedule in the field • Effective communicator capable of translating field issues into clear, actionable information for project leadership • Proactive problem-solver comfortable making sound decisions in a fast-paced construction environment • Collaborative team player who operates with integrity and a commitment to safety
