high volume of

inbound calls

. This role emphasizes developing new opportunities through structured outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and effectively engaging customers. Conduct initial contact and follow-up to identify needs and determine customer fit Build trust-based relationships by going above and beyond in addressing early customer concerns Offer service support or handle simple service questions prior to transferring to a loan officer Consistently meet individual and team targets for lead conversion, customer service, productivity, and quality 1+ years of combined experience

sales, call center, or phone-based customer engagement ~ Excellent phone communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive ~ Strong ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and follow structured scripts ~ Proven track record of proactive outreach and early-stage sales development ~ Proficiency (or strong willingness to learn) Salesforce, Five9, and Yonyx ~ Growth-oriented, proactive, and aligned with early-stage sales culture ~ Background in mortgage, finance, and/or sales
