A Farmers Insurance agency is hiring an Insurance Producer who wants control over their income. If you are competitive, money-motivated, and confident in your ability to close, this role offers uncapped commissions, warm leads, and a nationally trusted brand.

What Youll Be Selling

Farmers Insurance products to individuals and families
Solutions that protect income, assets, and legacies
Products clients needand buywhen properly presented

Your Daily Focus

Calling, quoting, presenting, and closing
Working warm leads from our existing client base
Generating your own opportunities through networking, events, referrals and follow-up
Conducting needs-based sales conversations
Managing your pipeline and production activity
Hitting numbersconsistently

Responsibilities

Sell Farmers Insurance products to new and existing clients
Conduct needs-based sales conversations and close business
Work warm leads from the agencys existing book of business
Generate new opportunities through networking, events, referrals, and follow-up
Cross-sell life insurance to current P&C customers
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Maintain an active sales pipeline and track activity in the agency CRM
Build long-term client relationships that lead to renewals and referrals
Follow all state and Farmers Insurance compliance requirements

Requirements

Strong sales mindset with a commission-driven mentality
Confidence handling objections and closing sales
Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and hit production goals
Prior insurance or sales experience preferred (training provided)
Desire to grow income, production, and career long-term
