Commercial Move Coordinator

Location: Eagan, MN (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $20-24 per hour

Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Move Coordinator to support sales and operations by coordinating office and industrial relocations from start to finish. This role ensures accurate documentation, clear communication, and a smooth experience for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial orders and workflows for commercial moves
• Prepare proposals, move documentation, and Certificates of Insurance
• Submit credit requests and distribute paperwork to internal teams and agents
• Communicate updates, changes, and special circumstances to customers
• Track equipment usage and verify returns
• Audit post-move paperwork and support billing accuracy

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (moving, transportation, or logistics industry experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
