Position Details

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Schedule:
  • Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: As Needed

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Practice Environment: Positive, collaborative, and patient-centered
• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care
• Partner with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding patient experiences
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support efficient office operations
• Build strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service and communication

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical care and patient education

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
