Our client is seeking a Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the industrial Paint Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $25 - $28 depending on experience

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Mixes paints to match customer color specifications accurately.
• Applies various pigmented coatings to products within specialized paint booths with precision and care.
• Cleans and maintains HVLP paint systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintains the paint booth environment, including filters and dirt traps, to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Handles and disposes of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental laws and OSHA regulations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent industrial experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Painter-level I role.
• Experience in auto-body painting, powder coating, or HVLP application systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
