Construction Manager

Build Large-Scale Civil & Environmental Infrastructure Projects We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee major heavy civil construction projects at active mining and industrial facilities. This is an opportunity to lead challenging projects involving earthwork, water management systems, containment structures, drainage infrastructure, and environmental construction while working alongside industry-leading construction and engineering teams. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion Coordinate contractors, engineers, inspectors, and QA/QC teams Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, productivity, and schedule performance Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Lead daily and weekly coordination meetings Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and reporting Track quantities, costs, installed progress, and contractor performance Support change orders, contract administration, and project controls Develop and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project Identify and resolve field issues before they impact safety, cost, quality, or schedule What We're Looking For Required Experience Ability to work full-time onsite in an active construction environment We're especially interested in candidates with experience in: The Ideal Candidate A hands-on leader who enjoys being in the field Comfortable managing multiple contractors and stakeholders Proactive in identifying and solving problems Passionate about safety and quality Able to balance schedule, cost, and execution priorities Experienced in complex civil or industrial construction environments If you have experience leading earthwork, mining, environmental, industrial, landfill, water infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects, we'd love to speak with you about this opportunity.
