Job Description

Join a dedicated team as a Physical Therapist in a general acute rehab setting. Enjoy a blend of suburban living with easy access to the vibrant culture, history, and activities of Philadelphia. Engage with a diverse patient population while providing quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in BLS required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with common diagnoses such as CVA, amputations, TBI, orthopedics, and Parkinson's disease.
