Temporary Demolition Laborer – Water Damage Restoration

Location: Orange County, CA
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Assignment Type: Temporary
Openings: 5
Start: Immediately

We are seeking 5 Demolition Laborers for a temporary water-damage restoration assignment in the Orange County area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials
• Remove drywall, flooring, insulation, baseboards, and other damaged materials
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Remove and dispose of demolition debris
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Previous demolition, construction, restoration, painting, or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to jobsites throughout Orange County
• Dependable and able to start immediately
• Must follow all required PPE and jobsite safety procedures

Pay: $24.00/hour
Temporary Assignment – Immediate Start
