Solution Sales Director, Patient Access Support Services

IQVIA seeks a Solution Sales Director for its Patient Access and Support Services center to drive consultative sales with pharmaceutical and medical device clients. The role involves identifying client business challenges and strategically aligning PASS solutions around access, affordability, adherence, and awareness barriers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales approach with client accounts to drive business growth across the PASS enterprise
• Identify integrated sales opportunities across multiple account segments including large pharma, mid-size pharma, precommercial, and MedTech
• Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold outreach to pharmaceutical and MedTech organizations
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to generate new and recurring business through client acquisition and cross-selling
• Collaborate across delivery, solutions, and product teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8–10+ years sales and industry experience
• 3+ years selling patient services solutions (access, affordability, adherence)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Proficiency with MS Office suite; Salesforce highly preferred
• Understanding of patient services landscape including copay programs, HUB services, clinical solutions, and reimbursement management
• Strategic planning and relationship-building skills with executive-level clients

Compensation: $111,200–$309,800 base
