Role Mission

The Access Strategy & Experience Liaison is the primary architect of the patient’s journey and the pulse of the practice’s productivity. You are responsible for creating a "zero-friction" environment where patients feel exceptionally cared for from their first point of contact, while simultaneously optimizing the clinical schedule for peak efficiency and treatment growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. The White-Glove Patient Journey

• First-Touch Excellence: Act as the dedicated point of contact for all new and returning patients, ensuring every call or inquiry is returned promptly with a welcoming, premium tone.

• Seamless Communication: Manage all pre-appointment logistics, including confirmation emails, personalized welcome calls, and ensuring all digital paperwork is completed prior to arrival.

• Concierge Advocacy: Serve as the bridge between the patient, the clinical staff, and management to ensure the patient’s needs and questions are addressed with the highest level of care.

2. Access Strategy & Schedule Optimization

• Precision Scheduling: Strategically engineer the daily calendar to eliminate patient wait times while maximizing the providers' productivity.

• Flow Management: Monitor the "pulse" of the office in real-time, adjusting the schedule to ensure the practice remains on time and high-performing.

• Information Integration: Ensure the administrative team has all necessary patient data, insurance verifications, and histories ready well in advance of the appointment.

3. Treatment Advocacy & Growth

• Decision Support: Engage in meaningful follow-up conversations with patients regarding pending treatment plans, helping them navigate questions to reach a confident "yes."

• Revenue Retention: Proactively reach out to patients with outstanding treatment to re-engage them and improve overall treatment acceptance rates.

• Experience Feedback: Collaborate with doctors to analyze the patient experience and implement strategies that increase patient loyalty and referrals.
