Bookkeeper/Assistant to Cash Manager

Small finance/mortgage company near Memorial Art Gallery with secure free parking
\nJob Description (PART-TIME):
\nDuties include:
\n- \n
- Payroll Processing and reporting \n
- Review monthly bank statements and prepare bank reports \n
- Assist with tax filings and audit reporting \n
- Annual review of state compliance \n
- State regulatory compliance work \n
Must have good credit. Base salary with potential for bonus, benefits (401K, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, pension). Excellent office environment. A good understanding of accounting and finance with 2-3 years experience. Knowledge of mortgage lending and regulations helpful. Must be good at simple mathematics. Strong communication skills and must be comfortable working with a team. Proficient with Excel, Word and experience with QuickBooks preferred.
