About the Role:
Join The Pool Caddy LLC as a Pool Tech and dive into a rewarding career in pool maintenance! We are looking for passionate individuals to provide exceptional service to our clients in New Port Richey, FL, ensuring their pools are clean, safe, and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces.
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Communicate with clients about services performed and recommend maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each client visit.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all work performed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
