Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and maintaining customer account information and records.
• Respond to account-related inquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate account updates, follow-ups, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure customer information is up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and service requests.
• Monitor account activity and assist with resolving routine account concerns.
• Support customer retention by providing professional and responsive service.
