Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in Maternal Child Services.
• Administer IVs, medications, and necessary interventions with precision.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and operative procedures, including Cesarean Sections.
• Float to other units as required by facility needs.
• Engage in patient and family education on breastfeeding, infant care, and postpartum care.
• Maintain accurate records using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin required prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Certifications: BLS and NRP required; ACLS, AWHONN, and STABLE preferred.
• Experience with Antepartum, Level 1 Nursery, and LDRP settings.
• Knowledge of baby-friendly protocols and EPIC charting is essential.
• Commitment to one holiday during assignment and every 3rd weekend schedule.
