Job Title: Medical Device Assembler

Location: Irvine, CA

Shift: 1st 6:00 am-2:30 pm and 2nd shift 3:00 pm-11:30 pm

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $21-$24 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


Employment Type: Temporary


FLSA Status: Non Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, there is mandatory overtime.


Job Summary:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring several long-term temporary employees for a leading medical manufacturing company in the Irvine area. If you are looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment this could be the right opportunity for you.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Perform visual, dimensional, and basic electrical inspections on components and finished products.
3. Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
4. Approve or reject products based on quality specifications.
5. Accurately document inspection results and communicate any quality concerns.
6. Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
3. Basic computer and documentation skills.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
7. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
