Join our growing team in Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI.The missionExecute repeatable, high‑accuracy fabrication and finishing processes that transform sheet metal into reliable parts—every time.How you’ll contributeTranslate simple sketches and routings into precise fabrication steps.Set up and operate manual rolls, expanders, and planishers to form parts to spec.Use sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders to prep and finish surfaces.Own deburring for most of your shift to ensure safe, clean, spec‑compliant edges.Validate results using tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes; document acceptance before moving forward.What equips you for successHigh school diploma or GED.At least 3 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.Commitment to quality, consistency, and working within standardized procedures.Grow with usFor over 40 years, Ace Precision has invested in people, technology, and a culture of excellence, innovation, and quality.
