Care and Compassion Quality and Teamwork Dignity and Respect Openness, honesty and responsibility IM&T Projects & Developments Programme Manager 36 Hours – 1.0 WTE, 12 Month FTC, Band 8a, Location: Hybrid/Huntlyburn Terrace, BGH Job Overview NHS Borders delivers a diverse portfolio of Digital and IM&T programmes on an ongoing basis. Many of these initiatives support the upgrade and enhancement of critical Patient Management, Clinical and Primary Care systems. The successful candidate will be an experienced Digital Programme Manager or Senior Digital Project Manager, with a demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of complex projects involving Clinical Applications, Patient Management Systems and Primary Care solutions. Applicants should be able to evidence a minimum of eight years’ experience in project and programme management. Essential Skills and Experience A minimum of two years’ previous experience in managing large-scale Digital programmes. A minimum of eight years’ experience in Digital project management, including complex digital system upgrades and implementations. Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering digital healthcare projects. Experience of leading large, multi-disciplinary digital project and programme teams. Well-developed relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. An effective and confident communicator, with the ability to build credibility and rapport quickly. Extensive experience in programme and project management, including project planning, financial management, effort estimation and decision analysis, together with a strong focus on delivery through proactive monitoring and timely remedial action. #J-18808-Ljbffr NHS National Services Scotland
