Pharmacy Technician - Patient Services Spec.

We're looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) who's ready to make an impact every day. If you're detail-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about patient care, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Support Patients - Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.
Keep Things Moving - Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).
Be the Connection - Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care.
Deliver Service - Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do.
Stay Sharp - Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.

What You'll Bring
• High school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent)
• 0-2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus)
• Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred)
• Strong communication + customer service skills
