Position Summary

The Electrician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team while delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform service calls and communicate professionally with customers.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with project planning and material management.
• Complete required documentation and job reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an electrician or electrical apprentice.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
