Oracle Fusion Consultant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Oracle Fusion Consultant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle based enterprise projects by assisting with system improvements enhancements and optimization efforts.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to align system functionality with business and reporting needs.
• Assist with system configuration testing and troubleshooting to ensure accurate system performance.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions within workflows.
• Develop and maintain documentation including policies procedures and system related guidance materials.

• Bring hands on experience working with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of accounting processes and how they integrate within system environments.
• Possess experience supporting system implementations upgrades or related project work.
• Work effectively in a fast paced project driven environment with changing priorities.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross functional teams to support system initiatives.

• Provide support during system transitions by assisting with testing validation and user guidance.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure processes are clearly defined and consistently followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy reporting and system usability.
• Work independently while managing multiple project tasks and deadlines.
• Bring consulting experience system integration exposure or reporting tool knowledge considered beneficial
