About the Role:
Join Millennium Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY, where you'll make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff. Part-time and Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
