Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, ideally with K-12 students
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to a varied K-12 caseload
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEP teams
• Track services and student progress, maintaining documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Partner with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student success
