A well-established, hospital-employed pain management program nestled into the Ozark Mountains is looking for a BC/BE Interventional Pain physician to meet a growing wave of patient demand — with a level of work-life balance interventional pain physicians rarely get to experience.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed Interventional Pain Management position
• No weekends, no holidays, no call — truly
• 4- or 5-day work week available, your choice
• Dedicated procedure center plus access to an Outpatient Surgery Center and Main OR
• High, steady patient volume backed by a strong referral network
• Open to candidates trained in PM&R or Anesthesia

  Visa Sponsorship

• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
• Experienced in onboarding and supporting international physicians

  Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed base salary ($500,000+) with quarterly production bonus
• Starting bonus up to $40,000 and relocation reimbursement

  Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Management, PM&R, or Anesthesiology with pain training
• Eligible for medical licensure in Arkansas
• New graduates and experienced physicians alike are encouraged to apply
