Location & Commitments Location: Franklin, Indiana (with travel to surrounding areas) Type: Full-time, non-exempt Schedule: Mon-Fri, rotational on call shifts Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency Present repair and replacement options clearly, helping customers make informed decisions Educate customers on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions such as air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and filtration systems Deliver a high-level customer experience on every call—professional, respectful, and solution-oriented Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and overall comfort Maintain accurate service records, estimates, and invoices Participate in ongoing training to stay current on HVAC technology and IAQ advancements Work collaboratively with dispatch, install teams, and leadership Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and build trust Experience or strong interest in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and solutions Sales mindset with a focus on solving problems—not pushing products EPA Certification (required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively What Sets You Apart You don’t just fix equipment—you solve problems You can translate technical issues into clear, customer-friendly explanations You naturally look for ways to improve the customer’s comfort, health, and efficiency You take ownership of your work and your results You bring a positive, professional attitude to every interaction Compensation & Benefits Top Pay + bonus structure Benefits after 90 days Health insurance Dental insurance Company sponsored short term disability PTO + paid holidays IRA with 3% company match Paid training and continuing education Company events Uniforms provided Why Join Us We are a customer-focused company that values quality work, honest communication, and long-term relationships.
