TESA Systems Engineer

Project Overview
Create help guides/templates on a variety of system administration topics, which may include cybersecurity, cyber compliance, cyber vulnerability audits relating to Test Equipment.

Position Overview
TESA is seeking a highly capable Cyber/Systems Engineer with strong experience in IT systems administration, requirements development, and technical writing. This candidate should have a high level understanding of systems engineering.

Key deliverables for this role
- Help guides/templates about cybersecurity topics.
- Conduct peer reviews about the help guides/templates the candidate is working on.
- Write system requirements, along with cyber requirements.
- Document the verification methods for the requirements.

Day to Day Responsibilites:
☒Research cybersecurity topics and client processes
☒Write help guides/templates
☒Prepare for peer reviews
☒Making updates to documents
☒Writing requirements and their verification methods

This position will be fully on-site, in Tucson, AZ. It requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

☒3 years of experience with Systems Engineering requirements
☒Bachelor's degree in Cyber, IT or Systems Engineering
☒Understands Systems Administration concepts
☒Cyber Compliance audits
☒Understanding about Test Equipment
☒Cyber vulnerability audits


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

☒Good attitude, willingness to learn
☒Eager to help the program and make a difference
☒Need someone who will work and knows how to write effectively and coherently. Do not need someone who uses AI tools to write all of their documents for them.

Clearance is a plus but not required.
