Lead Dietary Manager: Nutrition, Compliance & Budget
Mission Point Health Care
Mission Point Health Care seeks a Dietary Manager to provide nourishing meals for residents, guests and employees, prepared under sanitary conditions and in accordance with policies and procedures.
You will plan menus with a dietitian, test and standardize recipes, supervise portion control, and assist in budgeting and regulatory compliance with Michigan health authorities.
The role requires leadership, effective communication, and knowledge of food service operations in long-term care settings.
