Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

$30,000 Sign on Bonus or $40,000 Student Loan Repayment Optum's HouseCalls program is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other health plan members. This is a non-prescribing, field-based role focused on preventive care, identifying health risks, closing care gaps, and helping patients stay healthy in their homes.
