Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Description The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni‑channel sales. Fully executes the sales process, achieves monthly sales targets, maintains strong CRM output and quality. Continuously utilizes all trained sales skills, maintains clean paperwork and recovers missing documents, supports the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Supports vehicle photography, delivers cars to partner hubs as needed, supports lot organization and merchandising, transports cars as needed, ensures all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provides excellent customer service to support strong NPS scores. Compensation Hourly wage plus sales‑based commissions averaging per year $63,927, specifically $14.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr.
