Responsibilities

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Schedule new patient assessments and follow-up appointments
• Collect payments and process patient check-out
• Verify paperwork and maintain accurate patient records
• Prepare and organize treatment reports and patient documentation
• Take patient photographs and records as directed
• Coordinate communication with referring providers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Support our therapists so they can provide exceptional patient care
• Help improve office systems and workflows
• Assist with administrative and marketing projects as our practice continues to grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous front office or administrative experience
• Experience in a medical, dental, therapy, or wellness practice preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with electronic health records or scheduling software is a plus
