Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services LLC (CABATS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team. This part-time, in-person opportunity offers meaningful work with children and families and collaboration with professionals in occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA.

Your Role

• Complete pediatric evaluations and reevaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, functional goals.
• Provide engaging treatment addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, motor coordination, play, and daily living skills.
• Coach caregivers on practical strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete timely documentation and support authorization requests.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment based on each child’s needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Pediatric experience preferred, particularly with autism and developmental differences.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to ethical, individualized care.

Position: Part-time
Setting: In-person, pediatric clinic
Location: Manassas and/or Springfield, Virginia; primary location discussed during the interview

Schedule: Consistent weekly availability; afternoon availability is a plus
