Position Details Title: SAP Spend Management and Finance iXp Intern – Intern, Global Events Location: Atlanta, GA Start date: June 15, 2026 Contract Duration: 12 months Work Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities The Event Intern will support Marketing Content and Engagement team in promoting and executing global third‑party events, including the user community event in Las Vegas. Assist with event management, execution and communication: show floor, breakout sessions, special programs. Support administrative tasks such as weekly updates and back‑end processes. Work closely with communications lead and content lead to ensure alignment and execution of all tasks. Help maintain the communications strategy with website updates and organization of content for the web team. Pull content from multiple sources into a weekly report for marketing leadership. Conduct market research: gather and analyze market data, competitor analysis, customer feedback. Create and edit marketing materials (blog posts, social media content, newsletters, product descriptions). Support event coordination and social media management to increase brand visibility. Handle scheduling, meeting coordination and other administrative duties. Qualifications Excellent writing and communication skills. Exposure to social media and understanding of pull marketing. Understanding of the role of events in the marketing mix. Strong customer/user‑focused mindset. Self‑motivated with a proactive approach. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and willing to travel if needed. Detail‑oriented, self‑structured approach; background in marketing.
