Customer Support Specialist | Zendesk & 4 Weeks PTO

Strawbridge Studios Inc. in Durham, NC is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat. You will use Zendesk to resolve customer issues and maintain professional interactions. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong typing and computer skills, and the ability to meet metrics in a fast-paced team. Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, with attendance required.
