Industrial General Manager

United States, New Jersey, East Rutherford General Manager – Industrial Portfolio Lead and manage an industrial portfolio under JLL standards, achieving financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting. Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations. Implement tenant satisfaction program and meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful outcomes. Oversee competitive bidding process for all third‑party contracted services, ensuring compliance with JLL standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members’ career advancement and skill enhancement. Perform any other tasks necessary to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or operational needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry. Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi‑million dollar operation. Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Real Estate License and Property Manager License required within six (6) months if not currently licensed. Valid driver’s license and vehicle. Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as LEED GA or equivalent industry credentials. Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate.
