Duties Conduct personalized consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable automobile options, emphasizing high-end vehicles when appropriate Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to keep accurate records of vehicle availability and assist in upselling opportunities Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities Deliver compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to promote vehicle features, financing options, and dealership services Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline Excellent negotiation abilities combined with outbound sales experience and B2B sales knowledge Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management, retail math, and automotive inventory control systems is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to build rapport with customers Demonstrated success in upselling techniques and customer service excellence in a dealership or retail environment Ability to work independently while supporting team goals through effective sales management strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
