Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings

• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
• Support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals across PreK-12 age groups
• Assist in collecting and maintaining accurate data to monitor progress
• Participate in team meetings to communicate observations and progress
• Foster a positive learning environment and model appropriate behaviors
• Adapt interventions as needed with guidance, ensuring the needs of each student are met
